The mission is to lawfully solicit and accept donations and grants of money, and to lawfully provide such funds to the Osburn Public Library for its use in purchasing needed library materials not specifically provided for in the City of Osburn budget.

One of the ways we raise money is to have an annual Christmas Basket drawing. Local business’ donate items; that are placed in baskets or boxes. Tickets are sold for an oppurtunity drawing to win. One winner for all items.
